Controller

Stanciu Sebastian Ștefan (“we”, “atelier”) is the controller of personal data processed via this website, including the contact / atelier inquiry form. Contact: the email address published on the Contact page and in site settings.

Data we process

When you submit an inquiry we may process: name, email, phone (optional), subject, inquiry type, message content, and technical metadata needed to deliver the form (e.g. timestamp, basic anti-spam signals). We do not ask for payment card data on this site.

Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data to respond to inquiries and manage atelier / press / stockist / shop questions (legitimate interests and/or steps prior to a contract — Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish / defend legal claims.

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers acting on our instructions (e.g. hosting, database, email delivery). We do not sell personal data. Purchases completed on third-party marketplaces are governed solely by those platforms’ privacy notices.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by GDPR Chapter V.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). To exercise rights, email the atelier contact address.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses essential technical cookies / storage needed for language preference and basic operation. We do not run advertising trackers on the legal pages themselves. Marketplace outbound links may set their own cookies once you leave our domain.
